On Monday, January 20th, 2020, in the spirit of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, your DETSA state officer team volunteered at the annual Invention Convention presented by Hagley Museum of Wilmington, DE. The Invention Convention is an event for young children to “tinker” with electronics by taking them apart and exploring the various parts which make them up. The young visitors also get a chance to make their very own invention and “apply” for a patent. The officers enjoyed their time helping Hagley Museum and the team looks forward to helping out the museum in the future!
