2026 State Leadership Conference (SLC)

Dover, DE — [September 10, 2025] — The Delaware Technology Student Association (DETSA) is proud to announce the 2026 State Leadership Conference. Gear up for an exciting STEM journey with virtual contests from October 2025 to February 2026, leading to our live conference on March 30–31, 2026, at Clayton Hall, University of Delaware. Since 1978, DETSA has offered Delaware’s most exciting platform for middle and high school students to shine in STEM. The 2026 SLC promises two days of competition, learning, and connection, featuring:

• Competitive Events: Tackle challenges in fields such as Architectural Design, Biotechnology, Coding, Cybersecurity, Digital Video Production, Dragster Design, Engineering Design, Fashion Design & Technology, Geospatial Technology, Inventions & Innovations, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, STEM Animation, Photographic Technology, Robotics, Structural Engineering, System Control Technology, Website Design, and Video Game Design.
• Interactive Workshops: Hands-on learning with industry and education leaders to explore technological advancements and build real-world skills.
• Keynote Speakers: Inspiring STEM leaders will share their journeys, motivating students to push boundaries.
• Networking Opportunities: Meet peers, mentors, and professionals—building connections that last.
• Awards & Recognition: Our conference concludes with a ceremony celebrating outstanding achievements and leadership in STEM.

Who Should Participate:
Open to all state of Delaware recognized TSA chapters for middle and high schools. Advisors, educators, and industry partners are welcome to attend and support Delaware’s future STEM leaders. Registration for SLC opens in December 2025.
