Delaware CTSO chapters are invited to kick off the year at the 2026 Fall CTSO Leadership Conference. This year’s theme, Harvest Your Full Potential, encourages students to build on last year’s foundation and grow as leaders who serve, inspire, and make a difference. As Delaware’s annual statewide CTSO leadership conference, the event brings together student leaders from across the state to strengthen leadership skills, collaborate across organizations, and return to their chapters ready to lead.
Students Will
- Strengthen leadership and communication skills
- Build confidence as chapter officers and emerging leaders
- Connect with student leaders from across Delaware
- Learn strategies to strengthen their CTSO chapters
- Participate in engaging leadership and team-building activities
- Return ready to make a positive impact in their schools and communities
Who Should Attend?
Each Delaware CTSO chapter may register up to six student officers or emerging leaders. Participating students must be accompanied by their school’s approved chapter advisor. The conference is open to members of: BPA; DECA; Educators Rising; HOSA; SkillsUSA; TSAConference Schedule

Advisor Information Advisors attending with their chapters are encouraged to participate in professional learning focused on strengthening chapter leadership, sharing promising practices, and networking with colleagues from across Delaware. Eligible advisors may earn PDMS credit.
