Delaware CTSO Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) – The 2024 Delaware CTSO Fall Leadership Conference, is scheduled for October 30 (middle school); and October 31 (high school) at Clayton Hall (100 David Hollowell Drive, Newark) on the University of Delaware campus. The FLC is a premier event designed to empower Delaware’s students through dynamic leadership development. Participants will engage in workshops that focus on inclusive practices, elevating student voice, project management, and effective communication. This conference offers a unique opportunity for students involved in Delaware BPA, DECA, Educators Rising, FCCLA, HOSA, SkillsUSA, and TSA to enhance their leadership skills, network with peers, and gain the confidence needed to excel in their future careers. If your chapter is new to participating in the FLC, select Add My School to create your registration for the FLC. When prompted, create a unique 4-digit chapter ID number. To return and/or make edits to your original registration, select Conference Registration.
