Hello everyone! I’m Arnav Taduvayi, a Junior at Odyssey Charter School. Since joining TSA in the 7th grade, I’ve been actively involved, serving in various officer positions, including my current role as your State Treasurer. I have also had many experiences with leadership and public speaking, including running my own 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, delivering a TED Talk on how AI will redefine humanity, and contributing to the rewriting of Delaware’s CTE curricula. Over the years, I’ve also honed vital skills such as communication, organization, and open-mindedness. These are the skills I plan to leverage to propel TSA forward and enhance the experience for all members, should I be re-elected. My favorite event in TSA is technology problem solving, and in my free time, I enjoy collecting currencies (I have collected over 50 countries so far), playing volleyball, traveling, and experimenting with cooking!
I first joined TSA in 9th grade moving into my new high school. I had first joined just to try the club out, however, I never knew at that time how much of an impact this club would have on me. As a person who was passionate about STEM, this club instantly drew me in. Some of my favorite events to participate in are children’s stories, extemporaneous speech, and tech bowl.
I now serve as the chief learning officer of my chapter. And I am excited to do more! Apart from TSA in my personal life, I enjoy serving my community. I volunteered in my school and local community as a tutor. And am the head research writer for an Asian rights club called Dear Asian Youth. To add I volunteer at the Red Cross, and help recruit other volunteers like me. Aside from volunteering at my community, I enjoy learning about the fields I am interested in such as psychology and robotics. I even started a VEX robotics club under TSA, actively contributing to its growth, and inspiring others to do the same. I am truly grateful for TSA, as I would have not been the person I am today, without all the opportunities TSA has provided for me. |

Hello Delaware TSA! My name is Isabel Austin and I am so excited to be considered by you to be a state officer. A little about me: I am a junior at Caesar Rodney High School, I am passionate about computer science, and I love to run. In TSA, I compete in a variety of events such as children’s stories, webmaster, and photographic tech so I know just how much you learn by trying new events in TSA. As a state officer, I would work to expand these opportunities to even more Delaware students so they can freely explore new subjects as I have. By establishing a direct line of communication with members and creating more opportunities for members to get involved with the state delegation, we can attract more members and improve the experience of existing members. Thanks for reading and remember to vote Isabel!
Hey Delaware TSA! My name is Jonathan Kachappilly and I am running to be one of your 2024-2025 TSA State Officers.
As a current junior at Newark Charter School, I have been a part of the TSA program for over three years. Competing in TSA has ignited my passions for engineering, computer science, and design, but most importantly, it has taught me to work side-by-side with others and build meaningful relationships. So, in a large part, TSA has shaped me into the person I am today. As a state officer, I want to give back to our community and help make TSA just as enjoyable for everyone else as it has been for me. I will strive to change the TSA experience for the better for both current and future members, and help build a tighter knit TSA community. My experience on the DETSA mentorship team this year has shown me first hand what it takes to be a TSA State Officer, and I believe that from my past experiences in leading my school’s student council, founding clubs, and serving as a STEM education volunteer, I will be a perfect fit for next season’s TSA state team. Thank you, and I hope to work with all of you next season! |

Hello Delaware TSA! My name is Joshua Hevelow and I am currently a junior at Newark Charter High School. I have been fortunate to serve my school’s TSA chapter as Reporter. In this position, I have been responsible for regularly communicating with members to ensure they were on track to succeed in their respective events. I am passionate about computer science, which is what drew me to TSA, specifically the Coding and Webmaster events. While I love competing in TSA, I have especially enjoyed taking on a leadership role at my school. My experience as my school’s TSA reporter has led me to run for a position as a State Officer for Delaware TSA. Apart from my role on the NCS TSA leadership team, I also hold positions as an officer for the Computing in Biotech club and as the president of the Coding Club. I believe that my experience in these leadership roles has prepared me to be an effective State Officer for Delaware TSA, and I hope you agree so that I can help fellow TSA members from around the state succeed in achieving their goals in STEM.

My name is Mason LeNoir, and I am a freshman attending Caesar Rodney High School. I have been involved with TSA four roughly four years. I have had the opportunity to serve as the DETSA Sergeant-at-Arms for the ’23-’24 term. In my free time, I enjoy making music and playing video games. That probably explains why my favorite TSA events are Music Production and Video Game Design! My favorite memory of TSA was at Kentucky nationals when my advisor took my chapter and I to an amusement park.
I would be honored to serve our Delaware chapter for a second year . I have had great fun with the officer team this past year and gained invaluable knowledge about time management and teamwork. I plan to use the skills I have learned over the past year and my natural talents to help make this organization as exciting and functional as possible. |

Hello! My name is Noelle Snyder, and I’m running for TSA State Reporter! I am 15 years old and have been in TSA for two years. At the 2023 TSA Nationals, I was truly inspired. Even though I didn’t win, I felt that I had discovered where I belonged. On the flight home, I knew I had to start serving in TSA at my school, where I am now Chapter Reporter.
I’m involved in several sports, clubs, and other activities. But what I think stands out about me is my passion. When I do things, I like to go all out and be all in. For example, last year, I helped my tennis team win the State Championship, and I won an individual title too. The feeling of winning with my team was the same thing I felt at the TSA Nationals. I want to be a State Officer to share that feeling of belonging, inspiration, and success. If I am fortunate enough to be a part of the State Officer team, I promise to work hard to strengthen and grow the TSA community with everything I have to offer. |
