Dear chartered delegations, I am writing to you this notice of 2 (two) proposed amendments to the bylaws.  As a reminder, the current bylaws (2008) are here for your review.  In ARTICLE XI. AMENDMENTS, the bylaws share the following procedure: 1. Introducing the State Conference Service Project – ACS Relay for Life

Have you heard? Delaware TSA is having a Mini Relay for Life at our State Conference this year! On April 26th, students and advisors will have the chance to participate in a Mini Relay Event through ACS and show their support for the American Cancer Society. Chapters are encouraged to create teams and collect donations prior to the event by going to www.relayforlife.org/detsade.
