Join the Delaware TSA officer team for their November service project! This month, the officers are volunteering for the 9th Annual Stockings for Soldiers Community Project on Monday, November 19 from 6:30PM – 9PM! The community effort of Stockings for Soldiers is to send personalized holiday stockings to our troops overseas. By volunteering, you become directly involved with bringing these brave young men and women in uniform a little bit of holiday spirit. Last year, Stockings for Soldiers shipped over 10,000 homemade, personalized stockings for troops overseas. Stockings for Soldiers needs as many hands as possible, so Delaware TSA, let’s get out there and join our community in sharing these gifts with our troops!
Stockings for Soldiers is located in Wilmington, DE, in Branmar Plaza at the intersection of Silverside and Marsh Road. Within Branmar Plaza, Stockings for Soldiers conducts its service in the empty office space that housed the Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate office, to the left of Walgreen’s/Happy Harry’s.
