Patrick Taylor is a senior at Charter School of Wilmington and a member of Cab Calloway’s TSA chapter. He is a seven year TSA member, participating since 6th grade! In addition to excelling in school, Patrick cares for his community, as he has earned the rank of Eagle Scout within his local Boy Scout troop. System Control Technology may be his favorite event, but he says that the knowledge he has gained through his participation in Chapter Team has made National Business meetings much more interesting! His favorite aspect of TSA is competing with a team at a live event. “Those few hours of pure focus and teamwork are like nothing else,” Patrick says. Patrick plans to pursue a degree in electrical engineering in hopes to one day open up his own appliance business. His experience at several National Conferences gives him the confidence that he can accomplish his life long goal due to his ability to network, lead, and problem solve.
