Hey Delaware TSA! My name is Puiyee Kong and I’m thrilled to be serving as your 2022-2023 DETSA State President! This year, I’m a senior at Caesar Rodney High School and it’s my sixth year in TSA! My favorite TSA events are Extemporaneous Speech, Fashion Design, and Debating Technological Issues.
