Middle and high school students throughout Delaware converged on the State Fairgrounds to compete in the 40th Delaware Technology Student Association State Conference Wednesday. The 40th annual Delaware Technology Student Association (DETSA) conference will be held on April 25-26, 2018 at the State Fairgrounds in Harrington.
