We’re excited to welcome our newly elected 2026–2027 State Officers representing BPA, DECA, Educators Rising, FFA, HOSA, SkillsUSA, and TSA to a two-day overnight State Officer Leadership Training focused on strengthening leadership skills, building community, and preparing for a successful year ahead.
What is SOLT?
State Officer Leadership Training (SOLT) is a dynamic two-day professional learning experience designed to prepare Delaware’s newly elected Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) state officers for the year ahead. Held each summer, SOLT equips officers with essential leadership, communication, and teamwork skills through interactive workshops, peer collaboration, and advisor-guided sessions. The training also emphasizes social media awareness, public speaking, mental wellness, and effective planning for statewide initiatives and conferences. Beyond the sessions, SOLT provides an opportunity for officers from across CTSOs to connect, build community, and strengthen their shared commitment to student leadership and service. By the end of SOLT, officers leave more confident, better prepared, and inspired to lead their organizations at the local, state, and national levels.
