On February 27th, Postlethwait Middle School will be hosting the Delaware VEX Robotics State Championship. Teams from all around the state will be competing to win one of three bids to the world tournament in Louisville, Kentucky in April. Doors are open at 8:00 am, and all are welcome.

We are seeking support for judges. Our students have worked hard all year to engineer robots that are able to launch balls across a 12′ x 12′ field in the game Nothing But Net.” To find out more about the game, please watch the video here: https://youtu.be/A8daR6qBw3M.

Events like this require the support of the community, and we are looking for volunteers. If you are interested in helping out, please sign up at http://www7.mysignup.com/cgi-bin/view.cgi?datafile=de_state_tournament_vex. No prior knowledge is necessary, and we will train prior to the event. We are working to ensure that each volunteer receives a free lunch in exchange for their time.

Come out and support our teams, and see what Delaware Robotics is all about!
