On Saturday, December 17, the Delaware TSA State Officers volunteered at the First State Animal Center and SPCA in Wyoming, DE for the December service project. Volunteers played with the dogs and cats and greeted visitors at the animal center’s annual Holiday Open House. Of course, it was impossible to resist giving a few treats and posing for a few pictures with the animals as well! The excitement we all shared when interacting with the animals made this service project a truly memorable experience.
